03 / OUR MODELS

Choose the employment model and team structure

The contracting model defines who employs the workers. The team structure defines how the workforce is organised. We help you consider both.

CONTRACTING

Two contracting models

01

Direct Placement

YUREX recruits and supports the mobilisation of candidates who are employed directly by the client. This model suits businesses seeking to build their own workforce.

YUREX

YUREX coordinates recruitment and selection, documentation and visa processes, together with the agreed medical checks, training and arrival support.

The client

The client employs the workers and manages employment contracts, salaries, Social Security contributions, employment-related insurance and day-to-day site management. Accommodation and transport responsibilities are agreed in the service scope.

02

Temporary Staffing

Workers are employed by YUREX and assigned to the client’s project, combining employment administration with the operational services agreed for the assignment.

YUREX

YUREX manages employment contracts, payroll, Social Security contributions and employment-related insurance, together with recruitment and documentation. Accommodation, transport, medical checks, training and operational support are included as agreed.

The client

The client directs the technical work, allocates tasks and manages project planning and site coordination. The parties agree safety information, induction, supervision and other applicable responsibilities.

The contract defines the scope and responsibilities of both parties, subject to applicable requirements. Operational support does not remove either party’s applicable health and safety responsibilities.

PROCESS

The work process

  1. 01

Recruitment in the workers’ home countries and matching candidates to project needs.

  2. 02

Arranging visas and Portuguese tax identification numbers (NIF).

  3. 03

Medical checks and preparations for onboarding.

  4. 04

Arranging accommodation and coordinating arrival in Portugal.

  5. 05

Onboarding and starting work on the project.

  6. 06

Ongoing support and supervision throughout employment.

TEAM STRUCTURES

Four ways to organise your team

01

Workforce reinforcement

Add workers with specific skills to an existing team.

02

Work teams

Organise a team around a trade, task or project phase.

03

Dedicated construction teams

Coordinate a team for an agreed work package, supported by a team leader.

04

Project-managed workforce

Coordinate multiple teams or trades across a larger programme, with agreed operational oversight.

ON SITE

Coordination on site

Depending on the agreed structure, YUREX operational coordinators and team leaders support logistics, communication, reporting and workforce continuity. The client retains responsibility for the technical direction of its project.
