Who we are
YUREX - EMPRESA DE TRABALHO TEMPORÁRIO, LDA combines knowledge of construction projects with the practical coordination needed to recruit, mobilise and support international workers.
Our background
Founded by Yuval Baruch, also the founder of YOVARA Development, YUREX draws on experience in property development, construction projects and international workforce management. Experience gained in Israel informs our approach to the needs of businesses operating in Portugal.
From Israel to Portugal
In Israel, the YUREX team built experience in international worker recruitment, end-to-end management of recruitment and employment processes, and the management of teams and large construction sites. We are now bringing this experience and our technological capabilities to Portugal. The management team has more than 25 years of combined management experience in real estate, construction, international workforce management and site team management — experience accumulated by its members, not YUREX’s years of operation.

How we work
Define the service
Agree the contracting model and each party’s responsibilities for recruitment, employment and operational support.
Prepare the placement
Coordinate candidate selection, documentation and the agreed visa, medical, travel and arrival arrangements.
Support integration
Arrange the agreed onboarding, safety training and language support, and coordinate accommodation and transport where included.
Follow the assignment
Provide the agreed operational contact, communication and reporting, and review performance to improve the service.
